Boundless × Trustless Work Hackathon

Boundless is teaming up with Trustless Work for a 4-day hybrid hackathon: 3 days of virtual building, 1 day of in-person demos.

You'll ship products that use Trustless Work primitives, non-custodial, milestone-based escrow for stablecoins, where funds only move when predefined conditions are met.

Format

• May 13 to May 15 (virtual): kickoff, workshops, build, office hours
• May 16 (physical): Demo Day at The Block Hive (25 University Road, Nsukka, Enugu State)
• Open to teams and individuals worldwide. The physical demo day is optional but encouraged for those who can attend.

What you can build
Pick one specific product. Do not build a generic escrow platform.

• Marketplaces and e-commerce escrow
• Freelance and milestone-based contract platforms
• Grants, bounties, and DAO funding tools
• Crowdfunding and pre-order platforms
• Security deposits for rentals, equipment, or events
• P2P stablecoin exchanges and OTC desks
• Trade finance and cross-border commerce flows
• Microfinance and transparent capital allocation
• AI-agent payment coordination

Tracks

• Core Trustless Work Applications: products that directly use Trustless Work primitives for coordination, payments, or task execution.
• Open Innovation: wildcard ideas that push escrow into new directions.

• No-code: BackOffice dApp + Escrow Viewer for concept validation
• Blocks SDK: prebuilt escrow UI components for fast MVPs
